BREAKING NEWS – UPDATE Earlier today we reported that 30 year old Kraig Alan Schoonover, of 3202 Baldwin St., was arrested and charged with 4 counts of Attempted Murder and one count of Arson. According to a media statement released moments ago, the incident actually took place on February 28th. According to the report, Schoonover was involved in physical altercation on February 27th at an address in Masarytown. He left the residence and returned in the early morning of the 28th, where he doused the home with a flammable liquid and threw Molotov cocktails at the residence, with the intent to kill the occupants. Schoonover fled the area but was captured in Brevard County yesterday by U.S. Marshalls. He was returned to Hernando County Yesterday where he was formally charged. Officials are withholding certain details of the incident because it is an ongoing investigation and there may be more suspects involved. RNRF will bring more on this story as it develops.
